Grundlovsdag (Danish Constitution Day) canceled for 2020

As we constantly clean, serve, change masks and gloves and keep our residents safe, it seems obvious to let our off-campus friends know that, even if the virus impact has significantly diminished by the time we would be in full preparation mode for Grundlovsdag, we cannot keep this pace up for longer than absolutely necessary.

The target demographic for this virus includes the Danish Home residents, and many of our volunteers and event attendees.  We last canceled on account of the threat of the H1N1 virus; in this case the threat is present and throughout our local community.

All Upcoming Events Postponed or Canceled

Effective March 13, 2020, all NYS Department of Health-licensed Adult Care Facilities and Nursing Homes are closed to visitors.  This directly benefits the continuing health and safety of our residents and staff. We encourage you to respect the State's directive.
